Housing Development

The Ashtrom Group has been running multiple operations for many years in the field of land development and housing estate construction entrepreneurship.

Its activities are mainly centred on the U.S.A. in the States of Florida, New York and New Jersey.

Ashtrom’s flagship entrepreneurship project is Oakhills in Orlando, Florida, entailing lands and development for thousands of dwellings; the project is in an advanced stage of construction, many of its neighbourhoods already completed and occupied, e.g. Heritage Green, Windsor Landing, Providence Sherbrook Springs, Chelsea Woods.

As part of the project development Ashtrom has laid a professional golf course with a luxurious club house complete with all ancillary services.

The Ashtrom Group is currently engaged on the completion and marketing of luxury homes and self build plots in the first stage of the project. In parallel, the company starts on development of the second stage with high potential in the southern section of the project.
