Ashtrom International possesses number of yield bearer properties, mainly in Bulgaria and Romania, which it develops, maintains and manages.

Ashtrom's principal asset in Bulgaria is the Hali Covered Market in the heart of the capital Sofia—a landmark familiar to all of the city’s residents.

In Romania Ashtrom owns a number of office buildings right in the centre of Bucharest, rented out on long-terms leases.

The most important property currently under development by Ashtrom International is a commercial and hotel complex in the centre of Belgrade in Serbia; construction has started and occupation is expected to start in mid-2017.
