Yefe Nof Towers

Yefe Nof Towers are set in a green environment, surrounded by a neighborhood park and open agricultural fields. The two 15-story towers comprise 123 residential units, including three- to five-bedroom apartments, and mini-penthouses. Designed to a high residential standard, the project also features a fully equipped fitness center and a spacious residents' lounge with direct access to a landscaped courtyard and a covered outdoor area. 

Ashtrom Construction North carried out all phases of construction, from excavation and shoring works through the structural, systems, and finishing works. The project is currently in its final finishing stage, ahead of the start of the landscape development works.  

The two towers were constructed above a shared underground parking level serving both buildings and two adjacent residential buildings, requiring the design and execution of a complex structural connection at the basement level. Crystalline concrete was used to improve the waterproofing of the basements and water reservoirs. 

The project was executed during a prolonged and intensive period of war, which created significant operational challenges as many team members and subcontractors were called up for military reserve duty. Despite these challenges, Ashtrom Construction North maintained uninterrupted progress and adhered to the project schedule.
