A Luxury Residential Project Just 200 Meters from the Sea
On the coastline of Givat Olga in western Hadera, Ashtrom Construction has begun building two residential towers rising 23 and 24 stories high, on a 7-dunam site. The towers will offer a variety of apartment types and specifications, all with sea views and direct access to the beach just a short walk away.
Developed by Asdan Israel, the project will include approximately 35,000 sqm of built area and feature a luxurious lobby with 24/7 concierge services, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa complex, a residents’ lounge with a children’s play area, and an underground parking facility.
The project was designed by architect Prof. Gabi Schwartz, who combined contemporary architecture with optimal use of the site’s exceptional coastal location, creating façades that open toward the sea.
The project’s proximity to the coastline required complex engineering solutions tailored to the wind and humidity conditions typical of a marine environment. The buildings’ exterior cladding will be executed using a dry-hanging system combined with aluminum curtain walls.
The project will meet the highest standards for green building. As part of the company’s commitment to smart and sustainable planning, the residential complex will incorporate energy-efficiency solutions, including a solar energy system and advanced climate-control systems in the public areas.
The project is scheduled for occupancy in 2029.
