A Large-Scale Mixed-Use Complex in the Heart of Gush Dan
Following its win in a tender by Dira LeHaskir and the Israel Land Authority, Ashtrom Residences for Rent has begun planning and developing a mixed-use complex spanning over 200,000 sqm at the “Shikun HaRofim area in Tel HaShomer, Ramat Gan.
The project will include 1,189 rental housing units, alongside 23,000 sqm of retail and office space. Of the residential units, 190 will be offered for sale on the open market, 399 will be leased as long-term rentals, and 600 will be provided at discounted long-term rentals to the hospital's medical staff.
Planning and construction are expected to begin in Q1 2026.
