The Carmei Gat project, spanning 45 dunams with over 100,000 sq.m. of built-up area, includes 20 residential buildings of 10 stories each, totaling 865 housing units of various sizes and specifications.
Completed in just two years, the project showcased the optimal use of Ashtrom Construction's subsidiaries, achieving maximum efficiency, superior quality control, and expedited timelines. The accelerated construction was facilitated by a combination of conventional building methods and prefabricated industrialized elements, enabling simultaneous infrastructure work and the installation of elements produced at the Ashcrete plant. The project utilized 75,000 cu.m. of concrete and 8,200 tonnes of steel.
