Hotel on Hillside in the Heart of a Desert Crater 

This unique and award-winning spa hotel is located on the Mitzpe Ramon cliffs, covering an area of around 13,000 sq.m. The hotel contains 11 guest villas with a veranda or garden, 39 private pools, a dining room, a gourmet restaurant, spa compound, outdoor and covered pool, operational and service areas.

The unique architectural design of the hotel, along with its position on the hillside facing the crater, presented complex engineering and operational challenges. These challenges included the construction of the buildings, pools, and public areas, as well as the installation of the electromechanical systems.

In addition to the complex engineering challenges, the hotel is located in a desert area with limited access, a unique topographical layout, and a climate that required adapting construction techniques and extensive earthworks to level the ground. Special attention was given to environmental issues ,as the hotel is situated within a nature reserve, ensuring the preservation of the surrounding natural landscape.
