Three Residential Towers for Long-Term Rental

Ashtrom North has started the construction of a new residential complex on behalf of Ashtrom Residences for Rent. The project is located in Be’er Ya’akov, near the cities of Ness Ziona, Ramla, Lod, and Rishon LeZion, with convenient access to major transportation routes, including Highways 431, 44, and 1.

The project features three 22-story residential towers, comprising 282 apartments offered for long-term rental of up to 10 years. Designed by Gordon Architects, the development offers a wide range of apartment sizes, from approximately 68 to 110 sqm, alongside thoughtfully planned shared amenities, including a residents’ lounge and a fully equipped fitness center.
