Five Residential Buildings Overlooking the Park
In the green and highly sought-after neighborhood of Be’er Ya’akov, a new and prestigious residential complex is being developed on a 9-dunam site, comprising five buildings: two 26-story towers, two 7-story buildings, and an additional 7-story boutique building. The complex, constructed for Ashtrom Residences, will offer 260 residential units in a wide layouts and specifications, including garden apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses.
The complex is being constructed above two levels of underground parking and a commercial floor, and will also feature an elegant double-height lobby, a spacious residents’ lounge, a bicycle room, and additional amenities. A large landscaped green park is planned above the parking deck for the benefit of residents. Project completion and occupancy are expected by the end of 2028.
Ashtrom Engineering & Construction has completed the shoring, excavation, and foundation works at the complex and is now preparing to move forward to the next phase, with construction activities set to resume shortly. The project’s proximity to a military base presented the on-site teams with unique logistical challenges, particularly regarding site access and mobility, requiring meticulous planning, continuous coordination, and precise execution throughout the preparatory stages.
