Arnona Residences

Urban Renewal Project in the Heart of Arnona, Jerusalem

The new residential complex, developed for Azorim as part of an urban renewal (pinui-binui) project, spans approximately 4.5 dunams and is located at 22 Hebron Road in the Arnona neighborhood.

Construction began with the demolition of four existing buildings, making way for two 22-story residential towers, built above a commercial floor and 3.5 levels of underground parking. The towers will offer 144 residential units in a range of sizes and specifications, along with a fitness room and a residents’ lounge. The ground level of the complex will also include two daycare centers and a synagogue.

The project is currently in the early stages of structural construction and is expected to be ready for occupancy in January 2029.

During the excavation phase, the on-site teams encountered delays due to concerns over the possible presence of ancient burial sites. This required careful, manual exposure of the rock using small tools and without the use of heavy machinery, resulting in a slower excavation process.
