Urban Renewal and NOP

Ashdar has been intensively involved in urban renewal projects and is advancing dozens of plans in this field with municipalities and local authorities, and by means of the various planning and statutory committees.

In the Vacate-and-Build category, Ashdar is implementing the Ashdar project in Neve Monoson Project, in which the first group of buildings being handled to the residents and the construction and marketing of the remaining dwelling units continue apace.

In addition, Ashdar Boutique Specializes in NOP 38 projects, and initiate, constructs and markets dozens of dwelling units in central urban areas in Israel.

Ashdar Boutique functions as a “one-stop-shop”, providing close support for residents and tailoring each project to their size. The company has completed a number of projects in Raanana and Ramat Gan and is currently engaged on projects of this type in Tel Aviv, Kiryat Ono and Herzliyya.
