PUBLIC OFFERING—ASHTROM GROUP SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ITS IPO AT THE TEL AVIV STOCK EXCHANGE

The Ashtrom Group is controlled by 5 families (Nussbaum, Gueron, Meshorer, Rubin and Lifschitz), together holding 58.12% of the corporate shares, with an additional 18.99% of the group’s shares held by the Allied Investments Group headed by Prof. Itzhak Swary. Mr. Rami Nussbaum serves as Chairman of the company, and the Managing Director is Mr. Gil Gueron.
