Ashtrom International, part of the Ashtrom Group, owns a wide range of subsidiaries, which have successfully coordinated and initiated a wide variety of building and infrastructure projects throughout the world.
Ashtrom operates for over 45 years in three fields of activities:
- Construction - implementation of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
- Housing development—land development and the initiation of housing construction projects, mainly in the U.S.A.
- Income Generating Properties - construction, development and management of yield bearer property assets, mainly in Europe.
Ashtrom International, through its subsidiaries, operates in a large number of countries including: the U.S.A., Nigeria, Jamaica and the Caribbean, Romania, Bulgaria, Portugal, Serbia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, the Netherlands and Cyprus.
The International Operations in these countries provide comprehensive solutions for complex projects, possessing proven abilities in the performance of PPP-, DBOT-, and PFI-type projects.
The Ashtrom Group aspires to take advantage of the extensive international experience that it has acquired and expand its activities into other countries, using its financial robustness as a basis for obtaining financing for new projects.
