Retail and Industrial Facilities

The companies of the Ashtrom Group have long-standing and extensive experience in building for retail trade, and have been responsible for the erection of about 1,500,000 sq. m. of industrial and business structures up and down the country.

The Ashtrom Group is currently completing the High Tech Industrial Complex in Hod Hasharon (some 75 thousand sq. m.). The company constructed the Yavne Industrial Park (Al-Hamovil) several years ago.

Ashtrom also built the Bat Yam Mall, successfully operating for over 20 years. The Group constructed the popular shopping center at Shoham and recently completed the Hagavish Home Design center in Netanya. In addition, the Ashtrom Group built the Tara plant at Netivot and is also responsible for the LRT depot in Jerusalem.

Ashtrom’s retail and industrial customers include: Ashtrom Properties, Ashlad, CityPass, government corporations, security bodies, and numerous private companies.
