Properties in Germany

Ashtrom Properties, through its subsidiary Ashtrom Properties Europe, has for the last decade been active in yield bearer property investments in Germany.

The company has an assets portfolio containing some 190,000 sq. m. of floor space in major cities such as Düsseldorf, Frankfort, Leipzig, Hanover, Berlin, Dortmund and Essen.

Ashtrom Properties manages the properties it owns, which are mainly rented by old and established companies such as Deutsche Telekom, HSBC, and also the Rhine-Westphalia Electric Power Corporation and Ministry of Environment. 

Ashtrom continues at the same time to examine other properties in Germany, as well as new investment channels elsewhere.
